SUMMARY:Drone and Urban Ag Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Expand your classroom offerings! Join us on the Northeast Community College campus in Norfolk\, NE for three days (May 28th-30th) of workshops focused on drone basics\, drone flying\, and data analysis. Lesson plan activities for horticulture/urban ag curriculum will also be provided and taught for educators to take back to their classroom. \nA stipend ($300) is available for all Ag Educator participants if ALL three days of the conference are attended.  Participants will need to cover transportation and lodging. Lunches will be provided. \nIf you have a drone\, please bring it! This will be valuable for new and returning participants. \nIf you have ideas of specific topics/questions you would like to explore in the topics of drones\, precision ag\, horticulture\, or urban ag\, please reach out to Tee Bush at trentee@northeast.edu to share those ideas. We look forward to seeing you in Norfolk!
