Food Science CASE Institute

Food Science and Safety is a specialization course in the CASE program of study. Students complete hands-on activities, projects, and problems that simulate actual concepts and situations found in the food science and safety industry, allowing students to build content knowledge and technical skills.  More information at CASE and at ALEC.

Hybrid course – in person session Jun 26 – June 30; virtual session July 5 – 6.

Held at Wayne High School and hosted by UNL.  Registration runs Jan 5 – April 15, 2023.
